We bought two years ago to remodel and repair. Cows left when we came. We've gone all through the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, house and are still finishing up. House is stone and was very well built. The following things have been replaced within the last two years : Roof (35 yr asphalt shingles) Attic Insulation (18-20" of cellulose blown-in) All light fixtures and switches/plug-ins, All walls and ceilings have been repaired to new condition, All interior and exterior doors, All windows are new (Aluminum clad and wood interior.) 20x14 kitchen with exposed beams, barn wood, slate floors, tiled counter-tops, and knotty pine cabinets. Oak hardwood floors in living area, 1" slate in dining area. Large wood burning stone fireplaces in dining area and in basement. View of river from living room windows. New furnace will be installed prior to closing. TWO car attached garage is 32 x 32 (insulated with all new doors)
