BARN:
The dairy is built around a 325 stall five row barn. It is a mattress barn covered with lime and wood shavings. It has 10 foot sidewalls with power curtains. The stalls are 4 X 7.5 feet with the single outside row being 4 X 8 for additional lunge room. It has a center drive though feeding floor which is extra wide as are the scrap allies. The manure is scraped to a center slotted floor holding pit and released to flow into the lagoon by gravity. There are no pumps.
